BRIDGE Governance

The governance structure

The BRIDGE Project brings together 20 consortium partners working collaboratively under the coordination of UIRR, with Marlo Consultants serving as technical coordinator and Codognotto leading dissemination activities.

The governance is based on three elements:

  • The project coordination office (PCO)
  • The technical Management Committed (TMC)
  • The General Assembly (GA)

In parallel, the Advisory Board brings together peer organisations from the freight transport and logistics sector, including sector associations, rail ecosystem bodies, rail freight corridors, and business operators, to ensure both geographic and organisational diversity.

These organisations offer support and sharing their expertise to guide the project. As a consultative body, it provides timely feedback to ensure the relevance, quality, and uptake of BRIDGE outcomes, including the review of guidelines and roadmaps. The Advisory Board also contributes to dissemination activities, helping to enhance the visibility of BRIDGE and its related events, webinars, and publications.
